Welcome to 4U Vacations! These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the guest) and 4U Vacations (the host) regarding the rental and use of our vacation properties. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
🏠 1. Reservation Agreement
- Your reservation becomes binding once payment is received and confirmation is issued by 4U Vacations.
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and must be present during the stay.
- A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification prior to arrival.
- Reservations cannot be transferred or sublet without written consent.
💳 2. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit due at the time of reservation.
- Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- All rates are quoted in USD and subject to taxes and cleaning fees.
🧾 3. Security Deposit
- A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed 1 day before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending inspection.
- The deposit is a temporary hold to cover damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
- Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately.
❌ 4. Cancellations
- All prepayments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures will not result in refunds.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events.
🧹 5. House Rules & Property Use
- Treat the property with care and respect.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings unless pre-approved.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- No pets unless stated otherwise.
- Observe maximum occupancy and quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM).
🕓 6. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early or late check-ins must be pre-approved and may incur a fee.
👨👩👧 7. Guest Responsibilities
- Use the property only for lawful, residential purposes.
- Guests are responsible for all individuals in their party.
- Report any damage or issues immediately.
🩺 8. Safety & Accessibility
- Not suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
- Familiarize yourself with safety equipment upon arrival.
- The host is not responsible for injuries or illnesses.
🔒 9. Liability Disclaimer
- 4U Vacations is not liable for lost or stolen items, accidents, or natural events.
- Guests accept full responsibility for safety and belongings.
📱 10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is used solely for booking, communication, and payment purposes. We never sell or share data except as required by law.
🚫 11. Termination of Stay
4U Vacations reserves the right to cancel or terminate a stay without refund for rule violations, illegal activity, or misrepresentation.
📅 12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather or government restrictions.
