💳 Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking.

We accept major credit cards for secure and convenient payment.

All rates are in USD and subject to applicable taxes and cleaning fees.

❌ Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, weather delays, or emergencies.

Cancellations, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable once payment has been made.

🛡️ Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of $500 will be held 1 day before arrival.

The hold will be automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property.

The deposit is not a charge but a temporary hold and will only be processed in the event of damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings to maintain our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Guests are kindly asked to:

• Remove trash and start the dishwasher before departure.
• Keep indoor and outdoor spaces tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively dirty.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Bringing unauthorized pets may result in immediate cancellation of the stay and forfeiture of the security deposit.

🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and possible loss of the security deposit.

Children are welcome.

Not suitable for seniors or individuals with limited mobility.

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to approval and availability.

Self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all 4U Vacations policies, including house rules and payment terms.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.
