Just 5 minutes from shopping, dining, and Woodward Park City, and 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, you’ll love the convenience without the crowds. The bus route, grocery stores, and local restaurants are all within walking distance.

Unwind in the Great Room with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy fireplace, and smart TV. The chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, double ovens, and a large island β€” perfect for gathering. Dine indoors at the table for six or outdoors on the deck with mountain views.

After a day of adventure, relax in your private hot tub or watch a movie in the lower-level den.

We have a covered private 2 car garage that fits a large SUV. There is also a EV charger in the garage.

There is no street parking or driveway parking per HOA. There is a shuttle system near by called High Valley Transit. Pick up is within walking distance. Please download app for times and precise pick ups.
